Residential & Non-Residential Stay Options

The Body Force Wellness Center Weight Loss Program is a completely customizable retreat for weight loss. You can choose the treatment focus and length of stay that’s right for you. 


  • The Weight Loss Weekend Warrior (WWW) program is a residential weekend program run once a month, Thursday to Sunday, designed for those who want to jump start their weight loss by getting a nutrition and work out plan that work for them.  Participants will also receive an initial counseling session to address the behavioral health changes necessary to lose weight and maintain weight loss.
  • The Residential Weight Loss Programs are 30, 60, or 90 day programs that incorporate scientifically supported principles of nutrition, exercise, and psychology to help you achieve a healthier, more satisfying life. This four/eight/twelve-week residential experience provides a break from the stresses of daily life so that you can focus on your goals for weight loss and wellness.
  • The Drop-In Weight Loss Program range from 2 to 12 weeks.  This non-residential program allows participants who are local to remain at home and work while receiving nutrition, exercise, and psychological support aimed at the achievement of a healthy and satisfying lifestyle. 
  • The King of the Ring Weight Loss Program is a blended-residential program targeting men who struggle with weight.  Participants are required to participate in a 4 day residency once a month for 1 to 3 months. The balance of the program will work like an aftercare program where in the participants will receive online behavioral health, nutritional, and fitness support. Local participants will have access to the fitness facility for group exercise during the non-residential component of the program.

  • Personalized nutrition and menu planning is developed for each participant
  • Supermarket shopping and restaurant excursions are offered that allow participants to practice skills learned within the program
  • Complete blood work assessment by our medical practitioners.
  • Individual therapy sessions at the start and end of each 4-weeks of the program with our licensed behavioral health professionals as well as options for additional individual therapy and support groups that meet twice per week.
  • Individualized nutrition assessment with a nutrition specialist.
  • Fitness evaluation at the start and end of each 4-weeks of the program with our master trainer
  • Optional local evening activities including museum visits, movies, guided walking tours, concerts, and more.
